Virtual Storytime w/Author Rosario Martinez

Bring author Rosario Martinez into your classroom or library from anywhere! These interactive online sessions are designed to inspire young readers, spark creativity, and build meaningful connections with stories and the writing process.

Students will enjoy an engaging read-aloud, a peek into how a book is made, and time for questions that make the experience personal and memorable.

Sessions are hosted via Zoom and can be adapted for classroom, libraries, and book clubs.

Designed for single classrooms, each session can have up to 2 classrooms.

FAQ

Programs are designed for Pre-K through 3rd grade, with content adjusted by age.
Most sessions run 30-45 minutes depending on interaction and group size.
Up to two classrooms. Participation works best when students can see and hear clearly.
Yes. Having books in hand dramatically increases engagement, comprehension, and long-term impact. Students can follow the illustrations, respond to questions, and revisit the message after the visit.
Schools may order through their preferred vendor, local bookstore, or the publisher (Capstone).
Submitting a class order through the publisher is eligible for a teacher/school discount.
Ordering information is provided once your date is reserved.
At this time, Rosario is not able to sign books sent to the schools. However, signed bookplates (autographed stickers that can be placed inside your book) are available for purchase in the Author Store. It’s a great way to personalize your copy!
A stable internet connection, screen, and audio. A test call can be arranged if needed.
Feel free to snap photos during the visit and share the excitement within your school community or on social media!
Due to publishing and copyright agreements, permission from the author is required before using any images or materials for commercial or media purposes.
Recording or streaming the presentation isn’t permitted, as these rights are often reserved by the publisher.
To protect these rights, audio, or video recording, rebroadcasting, or livestreaming of the presentation is not allowed.

Your virtual visit is confirmed once payment has been completed and a date has been chosen. Reservations made without purchase will be removed from the calendar, and the requested date and time will not be held.
Unfortunately, no. Dates are only secured after the virtual visit has been purchased. Unpaid reservations are removed from the calendar and the date and time is released to others.
Booking 2-3 weeks in advance is recommended to ensure the best availability, especially during busy seasons.
Through the Author Store you chose which story you’d like to be read. Each visit includes one book. You can add one additional title to the same session for an additional fee. This must be done during checkout only.
Yes! Time for Q&A is built into every visit.

At this time, classroom sets should be purchased through the publisher (Capstone) or a bookstore.
Personalized copies can be purchased at the author store for individual readers and gifts.
